Unlike the original skill, this Trarthan version is not a movement skill. The skill can hit multiple targets and it attaches a chain to hit enemies. Instead of granting rage on attack hit, chained enemies grant rage to the user when hit. The chain can break when the enemy moves far enough from the user, dealing area attack damage around them. It can be obtained by taking this item from a Ripper Mercenary with this item offered as a reward after winning a duel.
Whips out with elemental flair from the Trarthus tribe instead of its usual pull.
