Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version does not have a radius bonus scaling with level. Instead, it grants Rage on hit and scales area of effect with Rage. It also requires dual wielding a sword and an axe. Quality bonus grants additional Rage gain on hit instead.
Only works dual wielding an Axe and Sword, and grows with Rage.
