Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version spends Power Charges instead of Frenzy Charges and does not deal damage over time. It has faster cast time, higher critical strike chance, larger area of effect, lower mana cost, and has a chance to gain Power Charges on critical strike.
Trades Frenzy Charges for Power Charges and drops the damage-over-time hit entirely.
