Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version no longer requires or explodes a corpse. Instead, it can cast geysers directly at the targeted location and has a higher maximum amount of geysers, but has a shorter duration, slower cast time, and lower damage and damage effectiveness.
One big eruption instead of a rapid sequence of smaller ones.
