Defiance Banner is a banner aura skill. After gaining Valour from melee combat, it can be activated, consuming all Valour and placing a banner that buffs the user and allies within an area with increased movement speed, additional chance to suppress spell damage, and a flat subtraction to damage taken from suppressed spell hits. The effect of the aura is multiplied based on the amount of Valour consumed.
