Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version only fires one fissure forward and has a lower maximum number of shattering spikes, but the spikes deal more damage instead of less and have more area of effect. Gem quality grants more damage dealt by the spikes instead.
Fewer, much larger spikes instead of a long crack of small ones.
