What it does

Frozen Legion is a spell that consumes multiple cooldowns to summon icy Statues in a circle around the user, each of them using the Frozen Sweep attack to deal cold damage in an area of effect around them. The damage dealt by Frozen Sweep is dependent on your equipped weapon.
