Glacial Hammer of Shattering is a melee strike attack that hits the enemy, converting 100% of physical damage to cold damage. Every third hit always causes a critical strike. Requires a mace, staff or sceptre. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version does not increase the duration or effect of cold ailments and does not have a chance to apply Freeze. It no longer provides an enhanced freeze on every third hit; instead, the third hit is always a critical strike. Gem quality grants critical strike multiplier instead.
Shatters frozen enemies for bonus damage instead of just chilling them.
