Hexblast of Havoc is a spell that deals chaos damage to a single enemy. If the target has a hex curse on it, it deals area of effect damage around the target. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has a higher critical strike chance, shorter cast time, lower cost, smaller area of effect, and lower base damage but higher damage effectiveness. It also becomes significantly simpler, losing all of its gimmicks related to ailments, resistances, and curses, except doing area damage when the initial hit hits a hexed target. It also no longer has a cooldown.
Deals more damage per curse present, encouraging heavy curse stacking.
