Icicle Mine of Fanning is a cold mine spell. It throws a mine that fires projectiles at enemies when detonated. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version fires less projectiles and does not fire projectiles in random directions around the detonated mine, instead firing them in the direction of a specific enemy. Additional projectiles spread in a cone similar to typical projectile behaviour.
Spreads its icy burst in a wider fan instead of a focused line.
