Kinetic Rain of Impact is a wand attack skill that causes projectiles to rain down on enemies in a targeted area. Each projectile deals area damage on impact. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version deals has higher damage and damage effectiveness, lower mana cost, and faster attack speed. The projectiles do not create Kinetic Anomalies when they land, and the gem does not have a duration or trigger tag.
Concentrates its rain into a tighter, harder-hitting patch instead of a wide spread.
