Lightning Tendrils of Eccentricity is a channelled spell that releases pulses of lightning damage in quick succession in an arc in front of you, with every fifth pulse always dealing a critical strike with more area and damage. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has less damage and damage effectiveness and less frequent strong pulses but causes strong pulses to have significantly more area of effect and damage with hits and ailments.
Tendrils behave more erratically for wider, less predictable coverage.
