Penance Brand of Conduction is a spell that creates a brand at the target location, which when attached to an enemy adds Energy to the branded enemy and nearby enemies that don't have Energy. When the brand is detached by any means, enemies with Energy are dealt damage. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has a short, limited Attached duration. It does not apply stacks of energy nor does it explode. It instead adds Energy to nearby enemies upon activation and deals damage when the brand is Detached. Compared to the original, it has lower damage and damage effectiveness, but deals more damage with Hits to the branded enemy and has no penalty to damage with Ailments.
