Plague Bearer is a chaos spell skill that grants the user a buff that can be toggled between Incubating or Infecting. While Incubating, the buff causes the user to deal less poison damage, and charges Plague Value based on inflicted poisons. While Infecting, the buff depletes its Plague Value to deal chaos damage over time to nearby enemies.
