What it does

Poisonous Concoction is an unarmed attack skill gem that throws an explosive bottle, dealing area damage with a chance to poison. Charges can be consumed from a Life Flask to add further damage. This skill gem requires an empty main hand, and no off-hand weapon or quiver. A Poisonous Flask is visibly attached to your Character's Belt when the skill is socketed in one of your equipped items.

Throws a flask that shatters into a poisonous cloud.
