Soulrend of the Spiral is a skill gem that fires a spiral of spell projectiles that turn towards enemies in front of them, damaging and piercing those they hit. As the projectiles travel, they apply a short but powerful chaos damage over time debuff to each enemy within an area around them. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version fires multiple projectiles in a spiral pattern like Vaal Fireball, but it no longer has energy shield leech, a shorter duration, and a higher mana cost. When triggered by Arcanist Brand or Triggerbots the skill still fires projectiles from the user's position and not the brand's or triggerbots' positions.
Projectiles spiral outward instead of firing in a straight burst.
