Spectral Helix of Trarthus is an attack trap skill. Once triggered, the trap fires a piercing projectile copy of your current melee weapon(s), making it spin in a large spiral, damaging enemies in its path. If the weapon collides with walls, it bounces a number of times, reversing direction. Unlike the original skill, this Trarthan version creates a trap instead of using the attack directly. It has reduced trap throwing speed if using a two-handed weapon, and throws an additional trap while dual wielding, with each trap using a random equipped weapon. It can be obtained by taking this item from a Blade Ambusher Mercenary with this item offered as a reward after winning a duel.
