Storm Burst of Repulsion is a channelling spell skill that creates orbs of energy that that move and jump away from the target location, dealing physical and lightning damage in an area with each jump. When the channel is released, the orbs detonate to deal more damage in a larger area. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version causes the orbs to move away from the cursor instead of towards it. It has higher base damage and damage effectiveness, and has a lower cast time and duration.
About as repulsive as my f.. ehem. *cough*
