Storm Call of Trarthus is a physical spell which sets a marker at a location. After a short duration, the marker and all other other placed markers are struck by a bolt of physical damage which deals damage in an area. It also leaves pools of Boiling Blood that deal physical damage over time. Unlike the original skill, this Trarthan version deals physical damage, and leaves a physical damage over time ground effect that also scales with spell damage. It also has lower hit damage and damage effectiveness, higher cast time, and costs a higher amount of life instead of mana. It can be obtained by taking this item from a Sanguimancer Mercenary with this item offered as a reward after winning a duel.
Calls its bolts down by burning life instead of mana, with elemental flair from the Trarthus tribe.
