Storm Rain of the Fence is a bow attack skill that fires an arrow into the air, which sticks into the ground and deals area damage. Stuck arrows periodically fire a beam to other stuck arrows, dealing area damage between them. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version limits the number of arrows you can place on the ground to two and it cannot gain additional projectiles. In exchange, the skill gets higher damage effectiveness, faster beam fire rate, increased number of beams fired per arrow, and reduced enemy stun threshold.
Arrows land in a containing ring instead of a scattered rain.
