Stormbind of Teleportation is a channelling spell that places runes on the targeted ground as the skill is channelled. These runes hinder enemies standing on it. The gem grants a sub-skill, Rune Blast, which improves runes placed by Stormbind as it is channelled, and releasing the channel detonates the rune and surrounding runes to deal lightning damage, and can teleport the player to the detonation location. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version causes the user to teleport to the detonated rune.
Teleports you to the sigil when it detonates instead of just exploding in place.
