Summon Raging Spirit of Enormity is a minion spell that temporarily summons a flying flaming skull that charges at enemies and attacks them. This transfigured version gives the minions more maximum life, makes their hits always deal critical strikes, and grants them additional crit multi, but has a greatly reduced maximum minion limit. The gem quality stat gives the Raging Spirits movement speed instead.
Fewer fire skulls, but each one is much bigger and angrier.
