Toxic Rain of Withering is a bow attack skill that fires multiple arrows in the air, which rain down on the targeted area. Each arrow deals area damage where it lands, and creates a spore pod for a duration. Spore pods apply chaos damage over time and one stack of Withered to each nearby enemy, which can stack from multiple pods. Spore pods burst at the end of their duration, dealing area damage. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version causes the spore pods to apply a stack of Withered to nearby enemies instead of reducing movement speed. The spore pods also have a lower duration.
Trades the movement-slowing pods for stacking Withered instead.
