What it does

Vaal Ice Shot is a bow Vaal attack skill that fires a regular Ice Shot arrow, and also summons Mirage Sharpshooters that use Ice Shot when you do.

I have a newfound respect for this skill after getting instantly killed from an Infamous Manyshot Mercenary
