Vaal Venom Gyre is a claw/dagger attack skill that does not deal damage directly, but instead temporarily increases your maximum number of Venom Gyre caught Projectiles to 50, immediately grants you up to your maximum number of caught Projectiles on use, and grants additional caught Projectiles over a secondary duration.
There's about to be a lot of projectiles on your screen..
