Vortex of Projection is a cold spell that deals damage in an area around the character and leaves a ground effect that both chills (chilled ground) and deals cold damage over time. This skill interacts with Frostbolt, allowing this spell to explode from Frostbolt projectiles instead of your location. Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version allows the Vortex to explode from your Frostbolt projectiles, which gains more damage and area of effect when it does. This version deals less base cold damage over time.
