What it does

Thirst for Blood is a reservation skill granted by Jack, the Axe. It reserves 10% life and grants 20% more damage with bleeding. It attaches a beam to nearby bleeding enemies, granting a large amount of flat life regeneration for each enemy affected by the beam.

Grants the Thirst for Blood skill and raises bleeding damage over time from its hits.
