What it does

Trigger Level 15 Lightning Warp on Hit with this Weapon – Although Lightning Warp does not ordinarily have a cooldown, the triggered version of Lightning Warp granted by Moonbender's Wing has a 1 second cooldown. Hits with this Weapon gain 75-100% of Physical Damage as Extra Cold or Lightning Damage – The damage type, cold or lightning, is chosen randomly for each hit.

Triggers Lightning Warp on hit and adds cold or lightning damage to its hits.
